What this preview collects
The enquiry form collects the name, phone number, optional email, postcode, chosen service, timing, preferred contact method, project description and any photographs you choose to attach. The server also records the enquiry date, page, status and a hash of the submitting IP address for abuse control.
Why the information is used
During private review, submissions are used to test the roofing enquiry workflow. They are kept in a separate roofing inbox available to the authorised site owner. Optional Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement loads only after measurement consent. Analytics records visits and saved enquiries without your form contact details. You can reject or withdraw optional measurement using Measurement settings; see cookies and measurement and how Google uses information from sites using its services. No marketing subscription is created by sending an enquiry. Enquiry notifications are sent to the roofing business mailbox through Resend.
Photographs and access
Uploaded photographs are stored privately and can be retrieved only through the owner-protected inbox. Please avoid unnecessary personal information, faces, vehicle registrations or images of neighbouring interiors.
Review data and deletion
The owner can delete a test enquiry and its attached photographs from the inbox. Review data should be removed before launch. A public retention policy, lawful basis and contact route must be finalised with the business details before collecting live customer enquiries.
Infrastructure and external links
The site uses hosted application, database and file-storage services. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. The private site’s sign-in is managed by the hosting platform. External links have their own privacy arrangements.
